The room was very clean.
I was disappointed that the cost to have guests use the facilities was so high, though the hotel is lovely. Breakfast staff hovered and cleared plates before I finished eating. It was annoying when pool bar staff stated happy hour ended earlier than advertised.

the pools offer a refreshing experience and beach access includes attentive service to the chairs. i found a great selection of restaurants across both properties, accessible by minibus. nirmal ensured the room remained in perfect order throughout my stay. shaik, alton, and reckha efficiently served drinks in the lounge.
I noticed some noise within the hotel on occasion. the sound insulation could be improved to ensure a more peace all around. this wasn't too much of an issue.

i noticed the cost to use facilities felt excessive , especially considering the hotel's reputation. the breakfast staff seemed overly eager , clearing plates before i had actually finished eating , which was quite unsettling. paying extra on the half board option in some restaurants seemed like an unnecessary upcharge , and this practice detracted from the overall value. the pool bar staff incorrectly stated happy hour times , an inconsistency that created some frustration.

The concierge service was very helpful. They were always available. the hotel had a beautiful garden around the pools. the beach was also perfect. i really appreciated the cooling boxes on the sandy beach.

I followed a friend's advice and booked here.. it was a great decision. the staff seemed genuinely eager to help, promptly addressing every question i had. i booked a club room that granted access to club amenities, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and pre-dinner drinks. It was an amazing benefit with a wide selection.
The cost to use the facilities felt excessive. i found the breakfast staff a bit too eager. They cleared plates prematurely, even before we finished eating. it would be better if staff waited until we signaled we were done..

the resort provides diverse culinary options; i found consistently high-quality food and service across the various restaurants. rhodes twenty10, maya, and siddharta [at the sister grosvenor house hotel] were particular highlights, offering distinct and memorable dining experiences.

health-conscious guests have free access to a well-equipped gym and spa with reasonably priced treatments. there were plentiful sunbeds available by the three pools [two with swim-up bars], on the lawns, and on the pristine private beach, so relaxation was guaranteed.

the club staff impressed me with their friendliness and genuine interest in our stay. michael, the meridien club maitre'd, warmly greeted us, ensuring consistent, friendly service from his team. the high standard of cleanliness was also very noticeable throughout the entire resort.
